Since admission to the Virginia Bar in 1983, Debbie Seidel’s practice has focused primarily on litigation and counseling in all areas of antitrust and other business related torts, franchising, and complex litigation in general, including litigation involving patents and other intellectual property. She has been involved in developing and presenting corporate antitrust compliance programs and monitoring trade association meetings for antitrust compliance.
Ms. Seidel began her legal career with Hunton and Williams, Richmond Virginia where she practiced for eleven years and held the positions of Associate and in her later years, Counsel.
Ms. Seidel is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia Wesleyan College, was named Outstanding Senior Woman and was selected to Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review and was elected to Order of the Coif.
